Anthony is a hands on instructor, with an eagerness to make sure that everyone is learning, and that no one falls behind. He was the Bartending/Flairtending Consultant for the Sony Picture film Burlesque(2010), staring Christina Aguilera, Cher, Kristen Bell, and Cam Gigandet. Nick is bar manager in West Hollywood, his instruction emphasizes bar management and customer service. He is in charge of all the event planning for his bar for both weekly events and big parties like Halloween and pride, Which includes organizing his; bartenders, DJ’s, servers , and entertainment, getting all necessary event permits, licenses, and sponsors for the event . Throwing big parties and working the crowd is what he thrives on. In September of 2009, he was nominated by the City of West Hollywood for “West Hollywood Bartender of the Year.” Nick is also state certified T.I.P.S. instructor, (T.I.P.S. is a program designed to train bartenders to follow state liquor and bartending laws.) “I pride myself on being the go to guy, if you have any questions that I don’t know the answer to I will be happy to look it up for you, Although I am an instructor I love learning new things about my trade.” Nick also likes to experiment and make his own drinks one of his favorites to make is a Cinnamon Appletini.
